Wherever you are in Ohio, West Virginia or Pennsylvania, come to our meeting to see how faith communities Northeast Ohio and communities around the state (and beyond) are facing the fracking challenge.
This meeting features: The hands-on portion of this meeting will include developing our “elevator speeches” on fracking and putting together some letters to the editor on fracking and the alternatives to fossil fuels.
Also featuring: We will hear a report from a core group of FaCT has been working on developing a training program for “field representatives,” folks who can travel to churches in crisis, i.e., churches that have been offered oil/gas drilling leases. We want to train FaCT our special representatives to make compelling factual and ethical arguments for NOT allowing for drilling on church land. We will be inviting those of you who are willing to participate in this training.
“Stop Fracking” yard signs will be available for purchase at this meeting at a new reduced price.
